The window replacements were done 3-4 years ago.  The windows are good quality.  The measurement of one window was not done properly and the installer did a fix by adding spray foam.  The deck was done 2 years ago.  The deck installers were fired as they made so many mistakes.  The deck install was suppose to be done in a week, it took 3 weeks.

I had a service tech com out to check a deck problem in May.  He is no longer working there and was laid off with almost all of the staff in Gaithersburg.  I called over a week ago for a service follow-up call.  The receptionist in Baltimore answered the phone, as there is no one in Gaithersburg and the phones are forwarded.  I am still waiting more than a week for a follow-up service phone call to be returned by the person who schedules service calls.   I have no idea how long it will take before someone can come to my home.  I am concerned that if I had a major problem, I would be waiting months to get a window repaired.

"Service went well. Painters were professional. We'd use them again. We purchased the 2 painter all day package. We hoped to get ALL the work done in the time allotted, but were not able. That being said, I wasn't surprised based on the quotes that I had received from other companies. We got all the trim and the garage door done, which included large decorative trim around our front door. The shutters & front door were done separately, but in the end it looked great! and still ended up being cheaper than other quotes we had received. The old trim/shutters/door were green and we had it painted to white and black."
