"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I got 3 estimates for the same Trane AC units, removal of 2 very old systems and install of 2 new systems and they were the best price by far and offered a 2 year labor warranty on top of it. "Adem at AAC was amazing and I highly recommend him for HVAC services. I had two HVAC units that needed replacement after 25+ years of operation. He performed the job quickly with his helper and left everything clean. Since this was a large job, I reached out to 3 other companies for quotes including some very large names and another family operated business. Adem was the last person I met, was more knowledgeable, and provided a reasonable price. His quote was significantly cheaper than the large, brand name company that operates in the area and in line with the more reasonable operators but provided slightly better equipment. I ultimately chose him after speaking with a neighbor who provided a great recommendation for him as well. The process was smooth, both units inside and out were completed within a day and half with little to no oversight or bother to me (I work from home). After the units were installed he filed inspection paperwork and was in contact with me until that was complete. My first mechanical inspection failed, because of faulty work that was done by a prior technician. Adem had warned me about those potential minor issues before he left as well. Adem immediately returned and fixed those issues at no additional cost. I saved Adem's information and will never waste my time getting other quotes if I ever have an issue with my system at this property or any others in the area. There is no reason to go with anyone else just leave it to Adem."

The vehicle passed inspection, but I also appreciated the manager bringing to my attention that the tires would likely require replacement before the next annual inspection.

" I called about 1 pm and he was here, at work, by 5pm!  I have used his services before and I knew he would do an excellent job on a complicated task, but I did not expect immediate service!
He blew out and vacuumed the duct.  He cleaned up all the lint and mess.  Once again, he was extremely pleasant and competently professional.  He tested the dryer and unfortunately, the thermostat apparently had been ruined by a high interior heat.  I will have to call Mr. Tim,  excellent appliance repairman.
Before we began with Keystone, we had been plagued by birds nesting in the dryer vent. The last time he was here, he installed a sturdy cage over the opening and we were pleased to see that no birds had invaded the duct.
He finished the job promptly and noted on the statement that the vent should be cleaned every year.  Now I know just how accurate his prediction is and I will try to get the call in before the dryer has suffered damage.
 I am so pleased with his work, his attitude and his pleasant manner that I can recommend him without reservation   I will continue to rely on his service.

"Installation crew called when 30 minutes away (approximately halfway through the service window quoted by Omni).  They arrived on time, were extremely polite and knowledgable.  Initially there were a few concerns from the crew regarding the compatibility of the purchased unit with the limited space I had in my furnace closet, and they ultimately agreed to install a similar unit that fit my HVAC system for the same price (the similar 'upgraded' unit is ~$20 dollars more on Amazon).  Two things pleasantly surprised me by this initial interaction: 1) the crew definitely had the expertise to anticipate and communicate problems before starting the installation process and 2) that they agreed to install the similar unit for the same price.  Both of these show good faith as a company, and as a customer, I will likely use them for my future HVAC needs.
The actual installation took ~120 minutes, and the 2-person crew was courteous and hard working throughout the process.   The crew wore booties to protect my floors. cleaned after themselves when complete, and showed me how to use the humidifier when they were finished.  I'm really satisfied.
