He took the time to explain why my water heater had failed and to make a customize recommendation as to which replacement heater would work best for me. Well I’m not a plumber myself, he seem to work very efficiently and effectively uninstalling my old water heater and installing the new one. He even came very late in the day and stayed Well into the early evening to get my water heater installed. "I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. After pretty much a total remodel of both bathrooms and the kitchen, we experienced a homeowners nightmare...a plumber was doing periodic maintenance on our cast iron infrastructure when a pipe broke. After analyzing solutions with them, which included knocking out walls in both bathrooms, the owner handed us off to APEX. Joe and Mike came over to the house and examined what we had & took pictures. After running cameras through everything, they developed a hybrid solution that involved undermining accessible pipes and replacing with minimal intrusion as well as refurbishing and epoxy coating the remaining small segments of cast iron that would remain. Joe sat down at our dining room table and mapped it all out; showing us video of each problem point as well as what was salvageable & gave us a price. We signed off on it.
