"Scheduled an appointment the week prior to discuss options on water softeners. On the morning of the appointment, after heavy storms in the Chicagoland area, our sump pump alarmed. After blowing two replacement fuses, It appeared that the motor had either seized or there was something caught in the impeller. Either way, I was without a sump pump after heavy rains and more forecasted to come. Brent B and Anthony arrived that afternoon as scheduled.
