They are a bit pricey, but the quality of workmanship along with excellent customer service is worth the money. They came and did the job in its entirety in a short period of time. Chris and Co. also guarantee their products for a year. I read most of comments on this site prior to hiring Chris Lietz Landscaping, and it was the reviews of the commentators that persuaded me to hire them. One thing, their ETA was rather sketchy, but we have the schedule (or lack thereof) to accommodate a little ambiguity. "I purchased my home in may of 2023 and have had issues with the exterior lawn irrigation system. The owner of the J & S Plumbing, Steven called me the evening I submitted my request for service for my lawn irrigation system. We agreed to have someone from his company visit the next day to go over my needed repairs. Steven kept in touch with me the following morning via phone calls and text messages to let me know that his Lawn maintenance and repair man Ken was on his way over. I showed Ken the areas I believed needed work and he checked each of the six watering zones and marked where he needed to adjust or replace sprinkler heads. Ken contacted his boss who called me to go over what was relayed to him by his guy Ken as to what repairs were necessary to bring my system up to its best operating capacity. The quote was fine and reasonable. The work was then performed after Ken went and got some additional parts needed. Ken also added an additional line and sprinkler head in an area where it was needed. I had a few other company s start doing some of the work however they never finished and even after tipping them for showing up they haven't called me back. J & S did a fine job and they do follow up which seems to be an issue with other company s in the area."

"He is deeply courteous, he always refers to me respectfully. He asks before he does anything. He knocks on my door if he needs me. He has a solid work ethic. I had rust in my well and nobody seemed able to solve the problem. Frank came at 1:30 in the afternoon and stayed until 3:00 in the morning until the problem was fixed. He and his worker even cut down some trees and cleaned that up as well and cut bushes up into pieces I can handle. His job knowledge was excellent to give me the details so I could make an informed decision. He also put a new sump pump on and a water softener. He is expeditious on call returns. His paperwork is through and precise. And when they show up are clean and dressed to represent their business."

When he returned, he said they didn't have the 3/4 HP pump that I needed. They upgraded it to a 1 HP pump for the same price. I also received a 10%  senior discount. I had water again in just a few hours from my call.
