"HD Mechanical did an excellent job. After trying to fix my water heater, the tech offered me two solutions, the first to repair the old unit and the second to replace it. I chose to replace the unit because it was 20 years old. He was able to return in two days and spend many hours at my home. The tech was courteous, professional, explained everything and made sure everything was working properly before he left."

"The technician from Tropical AC and Heating showed up on time as promised. He explained the problem and gave us options for repair. He was very professional. I highly recommend him."

"Woke up for work and noticed a leak from the water heater. I was quoted $1500 over phone for a 50 gallon tank. Technician showed up on time and quoted me a charge of $1650. I informed him that the person on the phone quoted me $1500, he mentioned that I needed an additional overflow pipe and a round pan to be placed at the base of the tank, and that was the reason for the additional charge. I had a $50 coupon from Angies list that I was able to use. I had to go to work later in the day so I didn't have the luxury of shopping around for a better price. When I arrived at work I mentioned to my co-workers how much I was charged, my colleagues mentioned that I had paid too much! Three of my co-workers paid between $1000-$1200 for their fifty gallon tank. If you have the chance to shop around it may be in your benefit to shop around. I'd like to finish this review to say that the work was completed well, the technician cleaned up after his work very well. Customer service over the phone was good and an email I sent to them was replied to expeditiously. I suppose they're not the cheapest game in town. Hopefully the tank will last for some time!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"On Monday, May 12, our A/C wouldn't turn on and was scrambling around trying to find someone to fix our A/C ASAP since this weeks forecast weather is going to be hot.  I called a few repair companies and the closest appointment is on Wednesday.  Left a message with this company and Nick called me back.  Nick came over to fix our A/C on the same day.  He was prompt, friendly, professional and got our A/C working.  I highly recommend this company and I will use their services again.
