All employees are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and extremely helpful. Hands down, this is the best HVAC contractor I have ever worked with."

"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."

"A very smooth transaction. Matt showed up one morning and Omar and crew showed up the next morning and by noon I had cold air blowing in the house again. This entailed demolition of the upper unit, removing the thermostat and the outside unit. They then installed all the new equipment and hung the duct work. This is a professional operation that was attentive to my concerns , they were transparent and honest in their pricing and timely delivered on their promise.
