"Had Chaste Tree roots clogging my sewer line near the cleanout port. I have been running a 6â auger down the cleanout once every few days for about 6 months otherwise things start backing up. Finally decided it was time to get it repaired. Requested quotes from several plumbers. Greg came by on time Saturday morning and was great to chat with and provided excellent service. By his running the camera, he determined exactly where the trouble spot was. Greg was pretty confident the section needing repair would be about 1â -2â from the treeâ s taproot and that the tree could be spared. Later that day I got the quote. Brenekâ s offered the best price of the lot; so, awarded the work to them. Tim Brenek (owner) came out this morning with a good dig crew who got the repair done in about 2.5 hrs. Excellent experience from beginning to end. Communication was great. Service was professional. Dig crew was efficient. And the end result was excellent. I'd definitely recommend this company."

"This companies services gets an A+ in my book! Andy the plumber that came out and Janice the customer service representative were outstanding at their jobs. I will be calling them for ALL my plumbing needs…… Andy saved me from another company trying to tell me I had a sewer leak under my house when I did not. He did a Hydrostatic test and found out I had no under ground SEWER leaks. The other company wanted to charge me over $30,000 to repair sewer lines under my house that they were saying had bellies of water from cracks. Finding out it may be a city sewer crack and not even my problem to fix. Andy gave me an estimate if it was on my property and not the cities and the cost for it to be fixed would only be $3,800 not over $30,000. PLEASE TAKE TIME TO RESEARCH PLUMBING COMPANIES. "Awesome service!! Zach (tech) spent over 6 hours taking toilets (3) apart, snaking the drain (in 2 locations) all the way to the city line and running a camera to the city line as well. During this process another tech brought a bigger machine – afterhours. Then he correctly diagnosed the problem – the city line was plugged. Zach talked to the city dispatcher (Saturday @ 8 pm) and then left. Was stunned the bill was reduced to $100 (afterhours callout fee), Zach said “We didn’t fix it you don’t pay” Was shocked when a Huntsville Public Works truck showed up 2 hours later (10 pm on Saturday) and used 750 psi to unclog the sewer line.
