"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Brian really earned my business. He replaced my evaporator coil and refilled the system and everything worked great for about a week. I called him and he came back out and spent a few hours tracking down a leak. He fixed the leak and refilled the system again. A few days later it wasn't cooling again. He came out again and spent a few more hours finding the ultimate source of the leak. The next few nights he came back by the house every night at like 8pm and one time midnight to make sure that the system pressure was maintaining. Even at the end when all this was done, I asked him what I owed him for all the extra work and he said that I didn't owe him anything.
