"Estes has been providing my service for approximately 10 years. Always prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They recently (June 2019) replaced my hot water heater and installed new HVAC system. An awesome crew performed the installation and was very thorough in explaining all of the new components to me. Also the gentleman who came to my home when the unit needed replacing was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and insured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before he left."

"I received a call for scheduling first thing this morning. They were able to send a plumber out same day, afternoon. Demetric was prompt, courteous (wore shoe covers) and quickly repaired my shower faucet. The repair cost was reasonable and all done same day. Will use company again."

"They have been prompt and reliable. When my heater failed during very cold weather, they were there quickly and had the repair done within 12 hours of my call. This has been a preventive maintenance expense that has been worth it's weight in heating and cooling!

"I have had Greenlee plumbing out to the house four times, 35-year-old house. Shower valve replacement. Water heater replacement. Water Line replacement. Shower/Tub to Shower conversion: drain relocation and new shower valve. Each time they were professional, personable and reliable. More importantly is how they provided service when there was a problem. The manufacturer of the water heater had bad gas valves. There was never a safety issue, just the inconvenience of no hot water. I had two bad values. Each time I called they came out the same day and replaced the valve, now that is service. I spoke with them about the problem with the manufacturer and they advised that they manufacture was overwhelmed and could not supply all the replacement valves needed. Greenlee's solution was to buy new water heaters and remove the valve to get their customers up and running. Now that is going the extra mile! I highly recommend Greenlee Plumbing Jeffrey Coe"

"Morgan Pitman provided same day service to install a 50 gal tall gas water heater. Excellent customer service and workmanship while providing maintenance education. Old heater lasted 12 years so the cost and installation for replacement was staggering but less than competitors."
