"Tile installation was GREAT, problem, contractor cut all tiles on the floor of the bathroom, didn’t bother to cover my vanity, tub, or sections of the floor. In addition, I am sure I observed them loading 2-3 boxes of my tiles in there truck, they finished and left in a hurry, like they just robbed a bank. They didn’t clean anything up, left one h*** of mess, which took me 1/2 a day to clean up, note I am 77 yrs old and don’t move as fast as I used to"

Nevertheless ,Brad and I concurred that replacing the pump now was the wiser choice. They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."

"2 new systems, 1 ERV, 2 Dehumidifiers, New Duct work, and Insulation replacement, scheduled to begin July 5, signed on June 14. They didn't complete work until the end of October and it took a demand letter from us to get it done. Were told we'd be their "case study" for ERV installation after this because they "didn't do a lot of them" when we were assured at the point of sale that they could do this. Still above-average humidity in the house, still have high utility costs. We finally fired them after a second chance in February of the following year when we were told they had parts for a job and would be out between 8-12 and, when calling them at 9:45 learned their tech was going to "get the parts" for his first stop (us). We didn't get a notification they were on the way until 11:15 and they were an hour and 45 minutes out. We're still using them for warranty work and now the system, not even 2 years old, has died. It's hot, and they'll be here in 3 days to look at it."
