We had been thinking about the tankless option for some time so we called Steve about 5:00pm and explained the situation. We talked it through and he came to our home the following morning at 9:00am to assess the situation. Despite being a more complicated installation than most, he said he could do it right away (I think he actually took personal pride in taking on the challenge). Steve bought the tankless water heater we wanted (higher end) and got to work. By 6:00pm that day we had instant hot water (within 24 hours of our initial call). He came back the next morning for a couple hours to finish up the complete installation and we were good to go. I can't say enough about Steve and his high quality, efficient, and professional service. He is a long time Coastside local, independent business owner/operator, and one man show. He explained everything clearly and in detail. He did a superb job and I know this wasn't easy. The heater is in the garage up high on a loft and on the side opposite where the air vent needed to be routed. Yet he made it work and did so very quickly. And, he's just a good guy. A couple months later, we are thrilled with our tankless water heater. We are very glad we made the switch and feel very fortunate that we found Steve. I highly recommend him without reservation ."
