We had been thinking about the tankless option for some time so we called Steve about 5:00pm and explained the situation. We talked it through and he came to our home the following morning at 9:00am to assess the situation. Despite being a more complicated installation than most, he said he could do it right away (I think he actually took personal pride in taking on the challenge). "I noticed my water heater leaking late in the evening (Saturday night), and Sunday morning I reached out to Angie's List for a water heater replacement. I set my expectations that it probably wouldn't be attended to until the work week, but Jesus for Jess Plumbing responded within minutes. Checking with some of the big box stores, Jesus had extremely reasonable pricing that included the purchase of the water heater, labor for removing/installing, and hauling away the old one. After confirming pricing, he was at my home with the new water heater in hand within the hour. Once he arrived, he had a very warm and open attitude as he broke down all the steps that we'd be going through. he was very knowledgeable with the alternate methods of electric or tankless, and gave the pros/cons should I decide for an upgrade in the future. Throughout the install, I enjoyed our conversation very much and he didn't mind that I hung out in the garage while working on other projects. He moved with the intention that only comes with years of experience, deliberate and precise. When we had to shut off the water he communicated that ahead of time knowing that my family could possibly have a need to access it. "In and out plumbing is great!  Easy to make an appointment... called at 9pm and scheduled service for the following day.  Plumber Mike was on-time and polite.  After showing him our leaky shower faucet, he provided two quotes- one to replace parts, the second to upgrade the plumbing to today's standards (1955 house).  After a few minutes we opted for the former.  Unfortunately there was a bolt that seemed to be glued in and so the handle stems had to be cutt off (also explains why my husband couldn't unsrew it the evening before).  The replacement were of an old design therefore Mike warned us that it may be difficult to find at a store.  He spend 45 minutes looking for it that day and upon not finding it at open stores, returned at 9am sharp the following morning to pick up the broken part (which he had replaced the night before so that the water could be turned back on for us) and spent about 60 minutes away while at another store.  Luckily he was able to find the part and had the faucet fixed by 11am.  During the entire work Mike was kind, communicative and obviously working hard to successfully complete the job.

Additionally, another plumber, Steve from In and Out Plumbing provided service just a few days prior for another problem... a corroded pipe with a hole was leaking water from our kitchen drain.  Steve was also very polite, communicative about our options for the repair, and was able to replace 2 feet of piping in about 30 minutes. 

In and Out Plumbing has been great on two occasions!  We will definitely use them again if we have any more plumbing issues."
