We used our Angies List discount coupon for the service fee & paid for parts and labor. He was pleasant and efficient. Honored the discount coupon to check our other unit downstairs. Found a part that was worn and several years past its expected life. We authorized him to replace that part, too. He was professional and pleasant and explained everything to us.

"Jim kept his word on appointment times and displayed a wealth of knowledge on problem resolutions.  The septic pipe repair removed the toilet backup.  The sink faucets now work without leakage.  The Jacuzzi now works very well (all jets function).  Getting hot water throughout the house.  Jim located and repaired hot water pump (no charge).

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

I purchased the $5,000 bathroom renovation deal but spent an extra $2,000 on things that weren't included in the deal like glass tile, a granite top, etc. The employees were very nice and quick about getting the work done. I had very little clean up when they finished. Before the renovation my bathroom was ugly and outdated but it is now beautiful.
