"Our service technician was very well versed in plumbing issues. We had a couple of quirky issues with our new home-- one was murky or cloudy water at various faucets throughout the house. Another was warm water coming from the cold faucet late in the afternoon at the main kitchen sink. We suspected air pockets in the pipes was causing the murkiness in the water and that the pipes were getting warm from the sun in the kitchen. This was confirmed, but we went through a number of tests to rule out other possibilities. Our technician thoroughly analyzed our entire house, the products we installed, and then went away and did some research on his own on our water heater and other products or solutions that we could consider. We were very pleased with his knowledge and attention. The charge was more than fair for the amount of work and time he put into researching our problems. "They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

"Oak Plumbing did excellent work and is very expensive. The guy, Zachary, they sent was very nice at first. He was here approximately 3to 4 hours and our bill was 2,000.00. We felt that was a bit expensive. Zachary was nice but he never pumped water through the washing machine to check if his work fixed our leak or there were other problems. Turned out a pipe was broken under the house. Zachary wanted an additional $500.00 to fix the broken pipe he missed. His personality changed when I asked him to lower the price. It was a PVC drainage pipe that needed to be replaced and the joints glued. I had to get another plumber. Zachary turned nasty, turned around, and walked away mad. He should have looked at the whole job and tested the washer after he was done. Fixing the pipes involved."
