"The first visit lead to cleaning the area around the heater and burners and checking the thermocouple. Sadly that seemed to make it worse. Less than a week later No hot water for over 30 hours till the second technician replaced the thermocouple. All is perfect now. No charge for the second visit. The next step, if needed will be a tankless and their quote looks a bit steep. But I am really hoping I won’t need to go that far."

"Work was done professionally. They responded promptly to inquiries and issues that arose during the project. They did a good job of cleaning up and leaving the house and plumbing usable each day after their work on the project. I rated their price a "B" because the form requires a rating -- I have no real knowledge as to whether the price was high or low."
