"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"Explained issue and provided repair options, as well as changes to consider for future. Professional, quick, and neat."

"The service turned out well. The problem happened on a Friday. He was the only one I could get out the next day. He was able to get their early and repaired the A/C quickly. They explained the issue very well which I appreciated because sometimes service providers do not explain things well. I would use them again in the future."

"AC was having major issues on a Friday evening on one of the hottest day of the year. Called Doug he had the issue diagnosed over the phone and was at our house within 10 minutes. Took one look at the unit ran back to his van and had the part stocked. AC was back up and running in minutes. If you ever need service or repair work done on AC or a furnace you need to call Dougs Heating and Air."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Professional & prompt service. Replaced electrical outlets and switches."
