He had to order the fan assembly from a warehouse and pick it up.  All the delays pushed the repair out to late the next day.
Quality of work was fine.  Good professionalism.  Price was high for service call.  Price on cost of replacement part was high but no complaints on that item.

"I am not happy with the price. Its kind of hard. The quality is based on the people that come out. With the providers. I am not always happy with the provider's that come out. They are the one's who we got the house, it was already apart of it. I basically contact them over the phone to request the service. Usually its automated. I have to talk to them over the phone if I am having an problem. If the service is not done correctly, or I was unhappy. If I am unhappy with the vendor, I am contacting American Home Shield."
