My a/c would work for a little while before it would begin making noises and blowing hot air.  I assumed the worst.  The technician did a nice job of troubleshooting my a/c and explained every step of his troubleshooting.  He gave good examples of how various internal components should be performing and at what level.  He identified that the compressor was pulling too many amps while it also had an elevated pressure level.  He identified that the compressor was getting too hot too fast.  He then proceeded to clean out the a/c coils.  The coils were very dirty and you could see dirt and particles being washed away as he directed water into the coils to remove the debris.  He removed the top of the a/c and cleaned out the internal area as well.  As he was doing this, he had me watch the amp level and the pressure level.  Sure enough, as he was cleaning out the coils, the amp level fell and the compressor pressure level fell to acceptable levels.

He could have easily told me my a/c was shot and that I needed a new a/c, and I wouldn't have known the difference -- but he didn't.  It was a pleasure having him repair my a/c and it now functions fine.

"It took several weeks after my initial call to get the job done. There was a hurricane and Seth had a leg injury which caused some delay, and he was extremely busy. I bought this deal because I wanted my tv to hang on the wall without dangling wires. I was not alerted that I needed an electrician to have already installed an outlet. Because I was not told this, I didn't have one. As a result, the wires were showing. I asked what to do to make it look better and he suggested wire wrap from Home Depot. He didn't have any with him, so I ran to the local store to get some while he was there so he would have to install it, not me. "We have a 2nd story 832 sq ft house which had 2 wall A/C Units.  We were looking to upgrade to Central A/C.  Keys A/C went through every possible option, from converting half a closet to installing central a/c below the house and venting through the floor.  When it was all said and done the easiest (and only option that didn't involve loosing limited square footage) was Ductless A/C.  

Their quote was 75% of the closest competitor, and their professionalism exceeded everyone else as well.  After signing the contract and putting a deposit of 50% down for the units, they were here within a week to install.  They were here for 9 hours one day and returned the next day for 3 hours and the job was done -very efficiently - especially for the keys I must say!

They even took out the old AC Units and patched the hole in the wall (inside and out) for an extra charge - and did a great job!

I would recommend this company for everyone looking for AC in the Keys.

"Called Mr. Yanes due to above normal humidity in the house when running the A/C.  Originally thought moisture exiting from vents was due water collecting in the air handler pan.  Mr. Yanes confirmed that the pan was draining properly and it was clean.
This gentleman (and he truly is) was always prompt since he came to the house on more than one occasion and worked diligently to identify and resolve air leaks that were pulling hot humid air through crevices in the metal ductwork and vent gaps, and into the house.
