He and Jeff together were able to perform the entire repair process including removing and replacing the flooring, jackhammering the slab, and the leak repair itself. Throughout the process, they kept the work area neat and kept me updated on their status. Once the job was complete, it was as if there was never a trench in my living room. "Professional, courteous, respectful, connected customer relationship and communication focused from first contact with owner Jake to administrator Amy to technician Robert. We received an email and a call from Amy notifying that Robert was on his way. Robert diagnosed the problems, described the solutions and made the repairs. Our clogged kitchen drain has been clear since his industrial snaking. And our "singing pipes" was actually a defective toilet closet mechanism which he replaced. He was the 3rd plumber we had in to fix the singing pipes and the only one who actually solved the problem. Robert was friendly, efficient and respectful leaving our place clean after his work. He was also willing to walk through the house to help us see if there was any other plumbing problems that needed repairing. We had pre-paid for an emergency/after hours visit which was higher than for regular hours. As it turned out, we ended up getting a regular hours timeslot due to a cancellation. The pre-payment was applied to the final bill collected by Robert at end of service, just as explained by Jake and confirmed by Amy. We will be calling Alliance Service Professionals again if/when we need plumbing done well by skillful and experienced professionals with respect for people and property."

"The technician did wonderful work & also went above & beyond when I added another plumbing issue while he was here. The only con was the $20 gas fee This work was completed before gas prices went up, & I was already paying an $89 fee just for them to assess the job, which was additional to the work. I expected to pay the $89. ,but I felt the gas fee was unnecessary."

"One of Gold Medal service rep stopped by to assets the project. He was very knowledgable and informative. He explained the benefit of having this type of service done by a professional person. I immediately hired them to install the gas line for my dryer. Unfortunately, I could not complete the job due to family circumstances. The rep understood and was the job was canceled without any penalty."

"The line was in the rafters of a high ceiling of the cellar. It led to an outside gas line (for a gas grill hookup) that was capped off at the house. I wanted to replace the valve rather than cap it off. This was a two man job of a plumber, Rob and his assistant. Rob had to get into the window well and work above his head in a very cramped space. This was complicated by having a large porcelain washtub directly under neath it, blocking access. Rob was extremely careful when climbing to get to the valve. They put down a plastic sheet to protect my washer and the sink, and used their ladder to get over to the wall and window well. Rob cut out the valve and put in a new one that is easy to open and close. He had his assistant check the position of the outside outlet as he worked until he adjusted it so the outside outlet was not turned askew. Btw It was raining and his assistant noticed mud on his boots, and asked for a paper towel when we got in the house...he used it to wipe up his footprints from the mud from his shoes as he walked... Rob checked for leaks and found none. They took any of the debris with them, and left everywhere they were spotless. Also, their last job was running longer than anticipated, and they called to let me know even though at least 30 minutes before. It was only about 15 minutes. Well mannered and professional...Could not have been better!

"Joe and his assistant showed up on a stormy evening, very much appreciate that. they did more than the plumbing, they attached a sink cabinet to the wall, above and beyond what I asked for. I'd surly hire him again."

"Cross county quickly identify the leaking joint while other plumber didn't, replaced the joint and reconnect all the pipes. They also found a faulted auto relief valve and replace it as well.  Left only after making sure that everything they fixed worked.

These guys were AMAZING!!! We've had 2 plumbers work on our pipes and they were beyond horrible and charged much more $$$ than Paul and his crew. Paul and his crew are a 5th generation family plumbing company and they went above and beyond to fix our pipes!
