"1. They did a really good job. When the air flow balance wasn't to my liking they came back and fixed it right away. Also built new intake boxes to my guidelines. ($2000-2200, don't really remember exact amount) 2. Their tech was good at troubleshooting and pin pointing what was wrong. Was able to replace part the next day. ($200 for parts and labor) 3. Tech troubleshooted a bad capacitor and was able to replace it onsite and this was an after hours call. (aournd $185 for parts and labor) 4. Tech troubleshooted a bad control board. Took a day to get replacement board as this was a weekend call. ($400 for parts and labor) Their techs are pretty good at troubleshooting especially Jose. I would use them again."

"Sears Carpet & Upholstery Care employees did the wrong room but didnt charge me for it. They did the room that they were supposed to for free. I had a coupon for the service of four rooms for a hundred dollars, and I feel that they did a good job. They were quick to get here and did the job in a timely manner."
