"Installed new subway tile with dark gray grout from tub top to ceiling and added new overhead rain shower and fixtures. It looks great and meets my needs."

"Our water heater was leaking and needed replacing. Price was on par with other recommended companies. Repairmen were nice and efficient. However, they did not return the items moved to get to the water heater. They were left scattered about. Otherwise, 5 stars."

"The only company I will ever hire for any plumbing service. If they expand their services to include anything else, they will be my "go to" guys for that, too. You cannot beat the combination of professionalism, courtesy, kindness and honesty."

"My installer Samuel was top notch, very detailed, pleasant, answered all my questions. Excellent representative. The only problem I had was miscommunication on their end as I was told available payment options and Samuel was told another. Did not affect installation or quality of work at all."

"The men arrived bright and early, tools in hand.  They ran a new hot water pipe under my house.  They put plastic up on a large side porch for us, and then checked the water pipe for leaks before they left.  They did a great job, and were finished quickly.  Although I originally hired Mr Coleman to take care of my yard, I also depend on Rent-a-Man for all our plumbing and construction needs. "

"I didn't do heater install. Just had leaks repaired."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"This people are excellent! they were suppose to be here tomorrow, and they got here today, one day ahead of when they're supposed to be here or something."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"I started using Howell plumbing when I had septic back up into my house and they were there within the hour. I purchased a fixer upper and they have replaced hot water heaters, faucets, added washer lines, vent pipe and much more. Everything works great and the only plumbing company I use."
