"It started with a retaining wall under our patio room. The wall has been leaning outward over the years (scary) since it is under a room in our house. I got a few bids and not only did I like Eric the best (he made me feel like this was an easily doable job vs. a "big problem" like a competitor made it sound. Turns out the wall was not built exactly right so they dug it out and rebuilt it correctly. We were so happy that I decided to ask Eric about some other unsightly areas that we weren't sure what to do with. He immediately suggested some excellent solutions (fieldstone patio extension and knee walls). So we went ahead with it and are thrilled with the result. The photos (some before and after) are not the best but hopefully you can see the scope of work. Lots of labor involved."

"I signed the contract August 1st, 2017 and demolition began on October 19th and lasted for two weeks. The two man crew assigned to the project were very courteous and professional and kept me informed through out the process. The final deck is everything I wanted and more. With the new building codes, it is so strong I believe it will still be standing long after the house has crumbled into dust, with the right maintenance. Al permits and inspections were provided by the contractor for a minimal cost. The only small issue I had was I was never notified that the process would begin until I was awaken by the sounds of the old deck demolition. After that, everything was smooth. I would definitely hire this contractor again. Great job."

"Provider came out and we discussed what I wanted done, provided a contract and quote within the week, and started work once all of the building permits and HOA approvals were complete.  Overall project took about 4 months but there were many weather related delays.  We are very pleased with the new addition to out home. <br />"
