"It started with a retaining wall under our patio room. The wall has been leaning outward over the years (scary) since it is under a room in our house. I got a few bids and not only did I like Eric the best (he made me feel like this was an easily doable job vs. a "big problem" like a competitor made it sound. Turns out the wall was not built exactly right so they dug it out and rebuilt it correctly. We were so happy that I decided to ask Eric about some other unsightly areas that we weren't sure what to do with. He immediately suggested some excellent solutions (fieldstone patio extension and knee walls). So we went ahead with it and are thrilled with the result. It all started with a trip to the Azores of Portugal. RTA's co-founder went there to meet his wife's family… And had his first encounter with an outdoor kitchen. The charm of that kitchen went far beyond providing meals. It served as an inviting gathering space, and offered moments to break bread together.\n\nThe inspiration from that outdoor kitchen was bottled up and shipped back to the US. Unfortunately, there was a lack of accessible options in America in the early 2010's. Someone needed to rethink the conventional approach of construction. Thus began the journey, with a goal of remastering the outdoor kitchen.

I selected Renovation Home concepts to work on a basement build out at my primary residence. I liked the ideas Roger brought to the table and I liked that he was willing to work with my unusual designs and requests. Roger was always responsive and quick to respond over phone or email to any questions or concerns that I had along the way. This was a large project from my perspective and I was very happy with the final outcome and the people Roger has working for him on each of the phases. Some of the major work items: Changed the floor plan, plumbing for new bath and kitchen, upgrade of the electrical panel, full drywall and walls primed, electrical lights and sockets installed, heat and air installed.

Very good price for the extensive job. Contacted the office for deposit to be scheduled. Only negative was they couldn't start immediately. But we are impatient. Amazing finish. Our kitchen is a different kitchen. Outstanding quality. We had our cabinets, countertops, tile, paint and appliances remodeled. Also replaced kitchen windows that were broken and flooring thoughout home. Awesome Alterations Group LLC has us as customers for life. We will recommend this company for everyone."
