I was a little nervous because I am very picky on the taste of my water. I like most bottled water except Dasani. No more bottled water for me because my water tastes great now and I have ice again. Better for the planet too. You do need to give the filter for the bottled water experience a couple of days and run the water a little bit, especially if you have an older home as I do. But within 2 days time my filtered water was running clear and tasting delicious, once the gunk was gone from my pipes. One of the best parts about the soft water system is I do not smell the chlorine anymore and can feel safe about drinking and bathing with City water. I highly recommend the system and Florida Water. Thanks to Richard and Jorge for their outstanding service."

"I needed to get my water heater replaced and have a few adjustments done on my toilets, plus have my kitchen faucet replaced. I called on Sunday and John came the very next day. The water heater had to be ordered but he was there as promised and installed it as soon as it arrived. He was friendly, reliable, and reasonably priced. In fact he had to do some unexpected work on my kitchen sink because of the way the previous owners improper installation and he didnâ t even charge me for the extra work. Heâ s excellent at his job and I highly recommend John and Pioneer Plumbing!"

"Connor was excellent!! I’ve used many plumbing companies over the years for these darn cast iron pipes that keep getting clogged. Most of them end up trying to rip me off with high prices and crappy work. Connor was by far the most professional. He snaked my pipes clean. After he was done he showed me the camera inspection he did and actually showed me what was wrong and explained why it happened. In fact he was so good that i finally decided to get them fixed. He cut the crass nice and neat so it could be put back and even put all the dirt onto plastic so it wouldn’t get all over the rest of the grass. I truly can’t recommend him enough."
