"The entire operation of Jim Tanner & his crew at AdvantaClean are unparalleled. I canâ  t recommend them enough. The exceptional service began with my initial call to the dispatch/office. She took the time, energy and patience to talk me through the next steps after sustaining significant water damage from Hurricane Sally. Jim Tanner arrived to do an estimate and provided us with invaluable information before we ever signed a contract or paid a deposit. They meticulously documented all the moisture, water and damage for our insurance company. His crew (Jay, Matt & Andrew) came in and worked tirelessly to demo, remove, tape off unaffected areas and remediate the damage. They showed up early and stayed late. They left the house so clean after all the chaos. Their reports were detailed, accurate and so helpful. They gave us recommendations to get repair estimates. It really felt like at every step they always went the extra mile. We even had subsequent water intrusion and Jim came out to assess the situation. They really are a top notch operation.."

"Amazing fast service with great communication"

"What a great crew! They really helped us after Hurricane Ian! We had a national brand who had done some initial clean up for us but who couldn’t do the mold remediation work. When THIS team engaged, they also identified things the initial vendor didn’t do correctly or should’ve done differently, and they resolved those problems … including discovering mold BEHIND our shower because it was originally tiled over drywall vs cement board!! We wouldn’t have found that until it rotted out. They crew was knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. We gave them our keys to come and go as they needed. We felt they treated our home with care and they did a really good job. The house is dry, mold-free, mildew-free, no smells, all the studs were treated, and we are now ready to drywall and put in flooring. Thank you to this amazing crew! The only thing I would’ve done differently is hire them in the FIRST place instead of the national brand. Stellar service!!"

"The service was great, and they were professional and quick. The work was smooth."

"Maso did the post hurricane Michael work inside our home to include remediation for mold and water damage. They took care of the insulation, sheet-rock, painting, installing new doors and trim work, and a few other odds and ends. Their pricing was considerably better than other proposals and we are more than pleased with the quality of their work. Thomas and his entire team is a pleasure to work with. We are very confident that you will be pleased as well. Should we ever need this type of service again my first call will be to Maso."

"The service was good. We just paid the $59 Big Deal. They were great and professional. The price was fine."

"They were absolutely great. They were always on time. Very professional. Very helpful. Covered everything with plastic. I couldn't ask for a better service."

"Mark Wichern and his crew are the most professional I have ever seen. I am happy to say they took care of my unit after the last hurricane. Every unit in my complex has damage, I was the only one that did not end up with a mold issue. I had water damage 5 ft high!"

"They did a great job, I will use them again for my chimney services"
