We had a Kohler faucet that was several years old and begin to malfunction. I contacted Jim to replaced the Kohler provided valve and replace our garbage disposal. To no fault of Jim's the valve did not work and the pressure from the sink was very low. There was an issue with the supply line that was inadvertently compromised. I called Jim and without hesitation he agreed to install new faucet at no cost. I can't express how much I appreciate his professionalism. Will call him for all future plumbing needs.

We called MJ Home and they were able to come out the same day, give an assessment, and by that evening we had an estimate. Did run into some minor problems due to being an older house.John did everything he said he was going to do, even more. John was very conscientious in doing the work.
