Jennifer called at 3:30 to say Chad was enroute. He arrived 15 mins later. After looking over the issue, Chad gave us the quote and changed out a cartridge on the hot water side. It had been replaced 6 months ago by another plumber (not sure if it was a bad cartridge or other issue). He was finished in 20 minutes and no issues so far?.
