I moved to Colorado 40 years ago and stayed due to the lifestyle and natural beauty and have never grown tired of it. I advocate for values, even though you as the client pays me. I do not appraise high or low. I appraiser whatever my research tells me. I use the local Metrolist service, RealQuest, county records, discussions with Realtors and related parties, and my extensive experience to arrive at my value conclusions. Payment is at the door in form of check or cash. I do not take credit cards. I will supply 2 printed reports (generally 30 to 40 pages long) and a pdf file.
