In the past, when they wanted to reach me, it was fast. There were challenges - Wake County referred the permitting over to Cary. Cary said today they're waiting on Robco. For 10 days, I've been unable to contact anyone via phone or the portal - all voicemail boxes are full. I have a bad feeling they've gone under. A+ up til now."
