"I have HomeServe insurance for Hot Water Heater. They chose Bowers Plumbing. I was impressed from the first call. A friendly lady that set the appointment asked me a lot of details about the problem and decided a Master Plumber was the best choice. I was sent a picture and a brief info about the man coming to do the job before he came. Gary Gates was older, great work ethic, experienced, and had EVERYTHING on his truck to repair or replace my hot water tank. Being in a rural area, that was a new one for me. Usually service people have to go back to town for parts. He spoke directly to HomeServe on the phone; got them to understand a repair would still require a replacement very soon and be a waste of money, so they agreed to the replacement; I agreed to pay the cost of the upgrades I needed to be to code and he installed the new water heater. It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too. I will definitely recommend this company and this plumber."

"We had a phenomenal experience with Epic Air, specifically Preston Ritter. Our AC went out during the 100 degree weather. Epic was recommended by a friend. Preston came out at 7pm on a Friday to diagnose the problem (leaking coil) and recharge our system to get through the weekend. He then came BACK Sunday night without us asking to refill again as the new system was not available until Tuesday. Also, they upgraded our system at time of install without additional charge to us as! Even more, he performed repairs on our second system that was installed incorrectly by another installation service. Amazing service, amazing reliability, amazing support. Could not recommend Preston or his family's company enough! 5 STARS"

"I needed a new Air Conditioner Unit because my old one was on it's last leg and not keeping up. Angi got my request to Midwest Climate Controls and Branden called and was able to give me a quote the same day. He came over and took some measurements and was able to get our new AC unit up and running within a couple days. He was very nice to work with, very knowledgeable and professional. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
