"The technician, James, was on time, was courteous and very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it, and then, since I was paying for a service call, he cleaned my condenser coils. He was finished in less than an hour. Great experience. The only negative comment I might make is that James' service van left a couple of nasty oil stains on my concrete driveway. I would recommend that service vehicles never park in a customer's driveway, especially when there is ample parking in the street."

It was a very seamless job, and done very clean and neat, with good information all along the way about what I needed to do to take good care of it too.
