I read a lot in their website and after I contacted them, I initiate a meeting with Ezra and Roy. They arrived to my house and recommended me to perform a fully audit that will reveal a full picture of any leaks or issues that I might have at the house. The audit didn't cost much and Ezra with additional 2 people, worked for several hours and checked everything. Their report revealed that there were several issues including the windows and AC system. As part of my work with them, I had them fix some of the issues. When my fence came down during our recent wind events, Joshua offered to come over in major winds a do a patch job until he could do the all day real fix the following week.  When he came over to fix my fence he knew I was having trouble getting my neighboor to pay her portion, so he worked with me to keep the cost down without compromising the quility of the job.  I was very impressed with his skill and attention to detail, even during the clean-up.  Will I use Jpshua. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
