"We were so pleased with Michael's work and reliability on a previous job that we had him back to do a water heater install - again, great results, great communication, reasonable manpower rates and material costs - will have him back without hesitation."

"We remodeled a downstairs bathroom and David L came out and did a great job running our new water lines. He was on time, very courteous and had great customer service. We would highly recommend them."

"JA Bertsch was the most amazing company to work with. I recommend them to anyone, and truly wish they would expand beyond heating and cooling so that I could hire them for all my home care needs! They were very professional and provided great options for us to choose from when replacing our furnace and air conditioner. They improved the return air system so that it was actually installed to work (the home builders DID NOT do this correctly). Our chosen furnace system did not arrive in time for our installation, so they upgraded us for free to a better system that they had in store so that they could install on the arranged date. Our home is SO much more comfortable and the furnace now maintains even temperatures in the basement and upper level of the home. They had all the areas needed to pass inspection the first time covered and there were no issues with permits and passing inspection due to their attention to all the details like placement of Carbon Monoxide detectors. EVERY employee we worked with was kind, and customer friendly. They helped us secure 0% financing for the full job and completed all the rebate paperwork for us to help with a very smooth financing process. We will be on their Comfort Home plan for life to have them continue to ensure our furnace and AC are well maintenance! Thank you JA BERTSCH for your commitment to your customers and supporting our community too!"

"The entire process from the initial phone call to completion of the project was very professional and very easy.  Richard understood the exact services  and skills I needed and he was able to schedule time to complete the installation within one day of my call which was superb.
The price he charged for the project was very, very reasonable.
We also had interesting and wide ranging non-plumbing related conversation.
I would highly, highly recommend him and if I need plumbing services again (which I hope, for my sake, I don't)  he is the very first call I will make.

My mother has a new air conditioning unit (similar to heat pump) that was installed by another company. Outside temperature yesterday was 96 degrees and the unit stopped working yesterday around noon. By the evening time, the house was 86 degrees which is dangerous for her as she is in her late 80's and homebound. I called the company who installed the unit and was told that it would be 3 weeks before they could come out even though the unit is still under their warranty. (Oddly enough that company also has "A" rating through Angie's List but I'm puzzled how that's possible.) The service coordinator was terse and said they only did "first come, first serve" which I understand when dealing with most of us. However there are times when priorities are needed.

I found Aire Serv on Angie's List. From the beginning of the call the experience was positive and very helpful. She acknowledged that home bound and elderly people needed to have a quicker response. She agreed to try to get someone out the next day and would try to get someone there today so would call me with more information ASAP. Meanwhile my husband attempted to problem solve the issue and fortunately managed to fix it. That is the only reason that Aire Serv did not do work for us. I will absolutely use Aire Serv the next time we need anything and highly recommen

"Alpine heating did an excellent job, great customer service, and the price was very comparable, even saved me a few dollars. Will definitely call them for all my heating and cooling needs."

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."

"I was away from Spokane, and my family phoned me late one night to report the sewage lift pump alarm.  I phoned Jared early the next morning, and he was already on his way to Omak for a commercial repair job. Fortunately, he returned to Spokane by 4:00 PM, to assess the problem.  If I were home, I could have performed the assessment and repair, myself.  It could have been the pump, or simply the float.  Jared pulled the pump and float, tested them both, and determined it was only the float.  He got the part before the supply store closed, and was done by 6:00 PM.  He could have replaced the entire unit, and I'd never have known the difference, but Jared didn't oversell or get greedy, he simply did what was right, saving me the cost of a replacement pump.  Thanks, Jared!"

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."
