"Ken was prompt in both his reply and getting to the job on time. I appreciate him coming out in this coronavirus era. I think his evaluation was right on as I had a couple of my realtor friends give me real estate appraisals. I did check him out before agreeing to hire him and I don't understand some of the criticism he received. I expect that owners don't like when an appraisal comes in much lower than their estimation of worth so they take it out on the appraisor."

"Russ helped us to find our Lakefront Home. He is very knowledgeable and always has your best interest in mind. We looked for almost 1 year viewing over 40 homes. Russ never pressured us or tried to “sell” us a home, he is a very patient real estate agent.
