"Parker and Sons sent out two guys to quote installation of a tankless hot water heater.  They were very responsive and flexible in scheduling time to come out.  They were also very punctual and professional.  They weren't as thorough as some of the other companies that came out, but perhaps that's just knowing what they have to do.  Where I was let down was the price. The quoted prices was 2X the cost of the other two companies I had out to quote the same job.

EQUIPMENT: The equipment I got from FIXD was the expensive option offered by others. INSTALLATION: Their technicians (3), came on time, and within a few hours they replaced the old AC/furnace units with the new ones. Excellent work, clean, neat and functional. "I am a widow and a little ignorant on some home repairs. My house was built in the late 1950's or 60's. The outside is half brick and siding. I was watering my lawn one evening when I noticed that a portion of my brick wall was wet leaving a small puddle of water on the ground ( my bathroom shower is on the other side). I panicked. He was very professional and he explained the pausable causes of the leak,one being that he might have to break into the concrert floor, which would have been a very costly repair. The leaks were located between the walls of the shower so he did have to make a hole in the wall to repair 2 leaks . I had my bathroom remodeled about 3 years ago so that was one of my main concerns. He installed a larged decorative cover plate to cover the hole and my shower looks like new again. He did do a beautiful job. I am very satisfied with the work done. I also had my outside faucets leaking and those were replaced. My water pressure was too high and that was taken care of also. I would recommend Medina"s Best Plumbing ."
