"Person scheduled to come did not and replacement person found new repairs to be done. I had to haggle on the price since it went up drastically. When he left after repairing the contactor and capacitor and "cleaning" the unit (running a hose over the coils), AC unit froze over and damaged the furnace. Now we have to replace the whole system when the furnace was in good shape."

"Duct work had not been cleaned in 40 years. Scott found several vents plugged almost solid. He also cleaned out the air/heat unit itself that was building up with debri. This central unit is under a bi-annual service contract with an air conditioning company who obviously have'nt been doing their job. Great to have even flowing vents again. Will save on electric bill and wear and tear on the central unit for sure.
