"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. "Martin went above and beyond by giving me a crash course on my heating and air units functionality. He wanted to be sure that I understood the basics, so that I would not be ripped off by unscrupelous repair men. I was dold (by a different AC guy) that he needed to replace my unit, but Martin showed me why that was not the case. I REALLY appreciated that!"

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"Once I purchased the Angies List Big Deal for Clean Air Pros...they called me within a day or two to schedule the service. They were running a little late on the day they were coming by but called ahead to let us know. We go to sleep in a bit more so that was great for us! Once they arrived they did a full home inspection for all the ducts and set to work. I would say it only took a couple of hours if that...in any case it was fast, efficient, and a job well done. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
