"We were very disappointed with Patriots service. They installed a hot water heater for us 3 years ago and it was installed wrong and not up code. This caused damage to the water heater and it became unsafe. We contacted them to install a new heater and they took weeks to get back to us. We have now been without hot water for going on a month. He is very unprofessional, unreliable and very bad at communicating. When my husband was able to get a hold of him, he would say things like, oh I was going to call you but forgot. We would not recommend. We decided to go with a different company when he didnâ t return any calls or messages after the water heater was delivered to our house."
