They disposed of the old water heater, installed the new water heater and hot water was available within an hour after installation. He was knowledgeable and recommended several ways for me to keep the water heater functioning well for a longer life of the unit. He was very polite and addressed some other questions that I had in regard to plumbing. He will be my go to plumber and I will refer him to my friends in the area.
