"This is the second time we have had them to the house. They are neat, clean and I have to say that I am a bug about cursing. There was none of that because I baby sit my grandchildren and they were interacting with the kids while they were walking through the rooms and stuff. When they came in I asked them on which side of the house they were going to be and I told them what time the babies took naps. They worked around the timing that the babies took naps and worked on one that particular side of the house. We only have so many rooms and just can?t keep moving them around and they were very helpful with that. They came in at 7 and talked to e about how many kids I was babysitting hat day, because my daughter is a substitute and they were very good with that. The air-conditioning system was great and is the new type where you don?t need to install ducts all over. You don?t even know it?s on and don?t even hear it. It is heater, air-conditioner and also acts like a de-humidifier. When we first signed up with them, he told me approximate of two weeks and called up and said that there was an issue. He said that one of the guy?s dads had passed away and that he was going to take a couple of days. It was nice that he called me and told me that he was going to push it further and out and would call 3 days before they came and he did, so you could not ask for more from them. We also used them to change the whole heating system a year before."

"This was probably my best experience on Angie's List. I woke up and noticed there was no hot water in the house. Went to the basement and noticed the hot water heater was leaking. I called up Advanced Professional Plumbing, told them what was going on and gave them the specs of the hot water heater. 20 minutes later a technician showed up (a very nice guy named Joey). He inspected everything and showed us the cause of the issue. He gave us a few options on what to do and we decided to replace the 75 gallon hot water heater. Within an hour, Joey came back with Sam and they replaced the old water heater with a new one. They were both professional and got the old hot water heater without making a mess and replaced with a new one. After the job was done, Joey tested all the bathrooms out to make sure the pressure was good and we paid and they were on their way. They were fast, efficient, explained everything and it was a great price. You really can't beat that. Your hot water heater breaks down on a Saturday you are not expecting hot water for the rest of the weekend but Advanced Professional Plumbing delivered. I appreciated the office following with me to make sure everything went. Just an overall class business."

"I reached out to Vince after reading through numerous reviews of plumbers and am very happy I gave him a call. I had used another company to do a "service" on my oil boiler that had become very inefficient...$200 later with them telling me it was all fixed, nothing changed. I called Vince, described the symptoms, and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next day. Turns out I needed a new boiler and Vince was able to show me in 5 minutes why (VERY obvious), where as the previous guy had spent two hours accomplishing nothing and taking my money. I took this opportunity to convert to gas and Vince walked me through my options, provided two estimates within 24 hours based on different units, and was able to start work in 2 days. He was clear, great at communicating and responding to questions, and priced very fair. No one wants to hear the fun news of a boiler replacement, but I am glad I got in touch with Vince before I got stuck with no heat in the middle of winter. Vince gave me great advice on how to maintain the new unit, best practices, and things to check up on regularly. He took my calls a week after he was done when I had some follow-up questions for him and backs his work-up for a year after the new install. Overall A+."
