We called Monroe around 1:30PM and left a message on the answering machine. We received a call from them at 2PM and were told they could be there in a half hour. Dan arrived around 2:30PM and the work was completed before 3:30PM. Don't you wish EVERYTHING worked out like that?! We were so pleased, absolutely NO complaints here! <br />"
