"Great service. We had another company come to inspect the furnace. They stated we needed almost $800 in repairs. Since this did not seem right to me. I decided to call and get another estimate. I called Mike and explained what I was told by the other company and he said that did not make sense. He said that if we did need those repairs they would charge half of what I was quoted. I asked if they could come out and he said they did not have anyone available. However he could have his brother Steve one of the owners come out and see if we could benefit from a new system At the same time he could see if we really needed repairs. He did give us a quote for a new furnace , a/c ans home zoning. This was $4000 less than the other company wanted. Also we did not have to pay it all at once. We were allowed to make payments with no interest."

"When I called the company was friendly and professional on the phone. They were able to get me in same day despite calling during the beginning of the summer when I'm sure their HVAC Service Calls were through the roof. I was originally given a 3 hour window and told the technician would call when he was on his way. He called early in the window and gave me a 30 minute warning. He was then exactly on time. He was quick with the work and offered a couple of DIY tips we could do to maintain our own unit to avoid costly repairs in the future. Pricing was fair and we will definitely be using Lifeline for our regular service of both our AC and Furnace."

"Cody showed up on time. Very polite young technician Appears to know his job well. He examined the indoor part of the system. Verified what initially indicated to his office that Freon is needed. He indicated that vents need to be cleaned before sealant and Freon can be added. Cost was as follows: $96 diagnostics + $203 for 1.5 pound Freon & labor + $60 another 30 minutes labor + $187 sealant (cost $27 on Amazon) = $545. System is working well. This cost is significantly higher than last service provider."
