"I've used Allstate plumbing on several occasions and I am always happy with their work, price and professionalism. For this particular service call, I called to get them to fix two clogged sink drains connected to my AC drain line. I initially called another plumbing company (through my home warranty) to address the issue. That other company told me that the sinks were plumbed incorrectly and that they would have to cut a hole in the drywall to access the pipes. They wanted to charge me $750 just to cut into the drywall to access the pipes. It turned out that the other company simply didn't have the correct tools to do the job. Allstate came in, used an auger with a weight on the end (to drop the line into the T pipe) and quickly cleared the clog. In the future I'm going to skip calling any home warranty plumbers and just give Allstate a call."

"O&M rocks.  These guys saved us from a proposed $4000 repair from a rival company.  The other company took over a week to try and diagnosis the leak and said we needed to replace our entire system for $4000.  Read a review on Yelp about the other plumber, Clarke Kent, that said customer had a similar experience and that the leak turned out to be at one of the shutoff valves in the house.   <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />We called O&M who quickly diagnosed the leak at 2 of the shutoff valves in the house and repaired it within a couple of hours for $300.  The new plumber says there was only one fitting under the house that showed signs of being tested with soap, all the other fittings still had dirt and dust on them indicating that they were never sprayed and tested. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />When the gas company came out to turn the gas back on there was an issue with our hot water heater not getting gas.  O&M came right back out to the house to diagnose the problem before the inspector left to ensure we didn't loose another day without gas.  Got the issue resolved and the gas back on.  Awesome service! <br />"

If parts are not in stock, they are ordered promptly. Technicians arrive on time as scheduled and complete the work precisely on time the first time. They always have all of the required tools, materials and test equipment with them. Installation of replacement equipment: Excellent. Our installation was a difficult one. The unit is a ground loop heat pump that was installed by a different company. The unit location is in a difficult to access area. The installation team worked efficiently to complete the installation in less time than estimated. they protected the affected work area, did an impressive installation job, and cleaned up completely. A working management level person was onsite to supervise and inspect the work done. Summary: Efficent AC Electric and Plumbing provides work at the highest quality level. They have researched the systems available on the market and offer the most reliable and cost effective solutions.The staff is competent, knowledgable, and customer focused. They communicate effectively and proactively. Their pricing is fair and competitive. "Touchstone was excellent. We missed connection the first time he was due to come out (my fault - I was at the Home Depot and my cell phone did not ring). Touchstone himself came out to make the assessment and said it would be a small job and that he would schedule one of his people between other jobs. After several days, because they were busy, he came out himself and switched out the gas line connector (it was too high on the wall for my new stove). It took about 20 minutes. In the end he refused payment for such as small job (small maybe, but with the potential of blowing up myself and my house, I don't like to take chances with a DIY job) and said 'remember us in the future for bigger jobs'!! How often does that happen? I will certainly use them again.  They were always prompt and responsive when I called, despite the first scheduling problem that I caused myself. Easy to deal with.
