"I originally requested a "check-up" of my AC system by using an Angie's List "deal." The check-up was scheduled the same day that I bought the deal from Angie's List. This was a pleasant surprise to me, since we are in the worst of the summer heat, and I expected to have to wait a few days (or even weeks) for the check-up visit. The rep from AC Pros was very professional, and even though he gave me the bad news that my coil was shot and needed to be replaced, I was pleased with his knowledge, and the fact that he took the time to show me the condition of the coil, and explained why he made this recommendation. Again, I was surprised that AC Pros was able to schedule the replacement the very next morning. Many of my neighbors have recommended AC Pros wholeheartedly on our neighborhood social network pages, and they are highly rated on Angie's List, so I was comfortable agreeing to their price without shopping around, so I accepted their quote and scheduled the work. The installation crew showed up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time, and finished the job within 15 minutes of their estimate. They showed me the failed parts, clearly explained their activities, and completed the work as expected. They remained on site to confirm that the repair was successful, and cleaned up the work site. They even separated recyclables from the trash and put them in the proper receptacles.
