"ontacted C&C because my air conditioning was acting up. Called the office and was called back by tech at an other house doing work. Told him my situation and that i have medical problems and i could not go without air conditioning. He called the Owner of the company explained my situation. The owner Doug called me right away asked me my address and was at my house did inspection and set me up for new heating and air conditioning. This was on a Sunday, who goes out of there way like that these days. This my friends is what service use to be. Techs who installed our system were very professional and did a great job, clean, respectful, and new what they were doing. The systems installed were top quality and price was great. My whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommend you use this company."

"We were doing some upgrades in our older house and I wanted to have central A/C and to remove the old baseboard heating system. I contacted a couple of the larger A/C contractors and they all came in around the same price while using different manufacturers and in some cases even different sized systems. I found an ad for Green Heating and called Dan who quickly scheduled a visit. I liked Dan from the start. He's down to earth and personable. His price was excellent, he was a couple thousand dollars cheaper than one of the other contractors while quoting almost the same equipment (one of the components that Dan used was a new version than the other guy quoted). When we were finally ready for the installation, Dan worked with me to schedule the installation and he did it in the time promised and in the time frame he quoted. I like the system and we were very comfortable in our home this summer, which was hot and this was the first summer that we've had whole house AC. In 9 months we have had 0 issues with the system. I whole heartedly recommend Dan and will use him when general system checks or any maintenance is needed."

FAQs for central a/c service or repair projects in Dublin, PA

Coils work to absorb heat into the refrigerant that flows through them, moving heat from one location to another. For air conditioning, the evaporator coil inside the air handler in your home absorbs heat. It then transfers the heat outside to the condenser coil, where it releases it. The opposite process happens for heat pumps. When the coils get dusty and dirty, it reduces how well these components work.

Skip regular cleanings, and dirt, debris, and mineral deposits will blanket your evaporator and condenser coils. When that happens, the coils can’t shed heat efficiently, so the system works harder and your energy bill climbs. Over time, overheating strains the compressor and can trigger a full breakdown—an avoidable repair that often costs far more than a simple annual cleaning.

AC coil cleaning is an investment that pays for itself in the benefits it provides. Dust‑caked coils force your AC to run longer, so you spend more on electricity and rack up extra wear. A quick professional cleaning restores efficiency, trims monthly bills, and eases strain on expensive parts. Over the long haul, that small yearly fee delays pricy repairs and stretches the unit’s lifespan, making coil cleaning one of the smartest HVAC tune‑ups you can schedule.

Watch for higher electric bills, rooms that stay warm no matter how low you set the thermostat, or an AC system that runs nonstop. Extra humidity and frost on the coils are also red flags. Catching these clues early lets you schedule a quick cleaning before the system overworks itself and triggers an expensive breakdown.

Your AC cleaning technician starts by shutting off the power to the unit and removing the faceplate. Compressed air and a vacuum hose blast away loose debris, followed by a coil-safe, no-rinse cleaner that dissolves stubborn grime. After the solution has soaked in, the professional wipes the fins, reassembles the housing, and restores power, leaving the system ready to cool at peak efficiency.
