"Salvador came out very quickly and was able to clear my drain. He was professional, very courteous, and got the job done efficiently. I will definitely hire him again for drain issues!"

"Prescott came to my house early Sunday morning after having contacted his company the night before. The drains on one side of my house were not working. He first checked the septic tank and then walked me through the steps to clear the drain lines on that side of the house. I had previously located the cleanout access so he was quickly able to examine it. We tested the system and were able to see the blocked drain line, He ran his machine for about 10 minutes start to finish and the blockage was gone. We then then tested, and everything seems to work. It was completely professional from start to finish. They charged me $99 for the service. Plus tax.. They recommended I pump the septic system and I will do so early this upcoming week. After that, they will send a camera crew to run a camera down the lines. I will absolutely call them first if I ever have an issue."

"Ned with Mast Plumbing has been great to work with. I?ve hired him for work at my house, which involved relocating the plumbing for my washing machine, extending and repairing some water and drain lines. Ned has also helped several of my friends and some of my clients I?ve referred to him with projects ranging from plumbing new gas lines, tankless water heater installs and installing new water mains. Ned is clearly very experienced, professional and patient. He explains the process clearly, and is honest about your best options. I highly recommend Ned with Mast Plumbing, and will continue to refer him to anyone I find in need of a quality plumber."

"I appreciate the quick come out and and fix of drain - by replacing the entire line."

"Very prompt service to repair a leak in a water line."

"Called another rooter company to clean a drain in a rental unit. My husband was coordinating with the Property Manager and Rooter company. Rooter company was unsupervised with the tenant. After $1200, my husband finally caught onto the "upcharging game" they were playing and told them to stop. They then dumped a bucket of grease in the tenant's yard, which was very unprofessional. My husband called Zoom Drain, they came out and solved the problem for a flat fee and they were super professional. We will be using Zoom Drain for all our rental properties."

"Technician Curtis Robinson arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my heat pump issue, found the broken part, repaired my unit and made sure my furnace was working as well. Excellent customer service and very thorough. Very satisfied customer!"

"We watched Kevin put his camera down the drain and locate the blockage. He made the recommendations and gave us an estimate. Wednesday the 22nd will be the beginning of the repair."

"Bel Red is a good company, but their rates are high. We had a water leak in the wall that was difficult to locate. The repair person was very helpful in locating the leak, but the bid was very high for the fix. If I had a major plumbing job I might consider the company based on their customer service."
