"I paid $13,000 for a walk in tub install I provided the tub and water heater they sent out a unlicensed electrician and plumber didn't pull a permit didn't do the job according to local code and left the job unfinished they had 40 hours into the job and less than a $1,000 in material so I paid $300 a hour for labor for unlicensed workers? would not recommend them to anyone.their installer was hard working guy however I feel like I paid way to much."

It was a flawless and professional process beginning with the Design Consultant, Dave Cousineau, and ending with the installer, Matthew Ridgeway. When we visited their showroom, Dave was able to complete a design based on the measurements provided so when I left that day I had much more information than I expected on the initial consultation. It was also very helpful that Ambry has a showroom and factory right here in Largo and we were able to see all their products. Best of all , there was no-pressure to buy on the spot. We had an installation date within 2 weeks of the consultation. Matthew Ridgeway completed the installation in about 3 hours. He was ultra-polite, very professional and his work was stellar. We could not have had a more positive experience from beginning to end and the closet is more beautiful than I expected."

"Jesse and his team where really easy to work with. He is very honest, punctual and really tried to give us his 150% in everything he did for us on this job. He gave us a plan for solving the problem and told us exactly how he would do it, in an easy to follow, straight forward way, with a timeline and everything. We feel he gave us great value for the work done without compromising neither quality nor safety at any point. The job was done really quick too. He and his team made it a point to do the job in a way that it had the least amount of interference with our lives as possible. "Nabil was very good and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. The quality of the work was excellent, everything was completed in a timely fashion, faster than anticipated. If we had an issue he took care of it with no problem. He did our kitchen, all of the floors, and the guest bathroom vanity. We will be using him again for the master bathroom."
