"I would like to give a shout out to Eric and I-construct for the new awning. They installed this for us in less than a day! He showed up for the initial inspection on time and gave me a quote on the spot. It only took a few weeks to get the material and was out in a few days at the time he said he would be on site to install. We were a little leary of what a "metal" roof would look like, but we could not warrant paying so much for a wood and shingle "shed" roof. We couldn't be happier with the appearance and workmanship. They did an awesome job. Glad we found them on FB and decided to use them for our roof. Thanks Eric and crew!!"

"Randy and his crew are awesome.  Everything they've done is beautiful, from new vinyl and hardwood floors through drywall and tile work.  Plus the addition of dozens of 16' 4X8 beams to support the floors for the new addition (which is completely inside the existing structure below our 20' gambrel roof).
In addition to the excellent craftsmanship, we feel the cost was extraordinarily reasonable.  And understand from friends who've had renovations done that accomplishing all this - which actually added 1000 ft2 to our home - in four months was unbelievable.
Bottom line, when we're ready to renovate our kitchen and living/dining room and replace our decks (a few years down the road) RHC already has our business.

"'B-/C+' is the real grading. He manages several non-English speaking crews and so the quality of varies and no recourse with the people performing the work. The jobs looks good from afar, but the details are lacking. Many houses here are built with a "carpenter's gap" (google it). The workers did not mention this to me or to James Taylor, the consequence is my roof continues to let in vermin and this is now much more expensive to fix (I offered to pay the difference to fix this, never heard back). The workers also slid down the shingles and there is shingle wear where they slid down on their butts. The roof is functioning correctly, although we have sealed a several popped nails. The siding install was just the siding, the quote apparently did not include painting/sealing where the trim butts up against the siding ( I was told this is standard practice, so now I have to get up on a ladder and paint this myself). I was glad house wrap was included, but the work was carelessly cut and not according to Tyvek's overlap specification nor fastening (see picture. Manufacturer specification specifies a 6" overlap (red dots) and washered fasteners). Billing was clear enough. Email/phone response times long."

"We can't say enough good things about WS Builders. They did a major renovation and addition for us and from the initial meeting until sign-off things were on schedule, on time and completed to our (and their) satisfaction. We had never done a project this large and were pretty apprehensive about the process, the impact on our daily lives and the expenses running out of control like you so often hear about. We are admittedly very picky about our home and getting quality work done, which has resulted in some nightmare projects for us in the past. We never once felt like it was "us vs. them" like we have with contractors previously. Wayne ran our project like a finely tuned machine...he was on the job almost daily, never more than a few minutes to respond to a text or call, things were kept clean, all subs were on time, courteous and respectful of our home and any time we had unexpected issues it was taken care of immediately. We never once felt like we were secondary to other projects or that someone was too busy for us. All work was done to Wayne's high standards and he had no problem telling someone to change it if it was not.
