My issue was many layered and took several trips to resolve, from broken pipes below the house to backup in the sewer line to a toilet issue. Perfect storm, but they methodically went through everything to make sure the issue was solved. Every step of the way they explained what was happening and their plan. It is hard to find a plumber that you can trust, and I have been burned before. Please call them for any issue great or small. They will take care of you at very reasonable prices. "I am very satisfied with the piping work that was done. That was the work they were contracted to do. The installation seems very professional and they did it faster than I had expected, and at a lower cost than quoted. While they did inform me that they had removed some clog material from the old pipe, it was within 1 week following the job that my bathtub drain was completely stopped up. I hired Roto Rooter to clear the drain and they said that I should have had a clean-out line put in while the new piping was being installed. American Tech did not inform me of that so I took one star off for that omission."
