"I had an outstanding experience with The Hot Water People! They came out to fix my stand-up shower, and I couldn't have ask for better service. They were prompt, professional, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The shower is working perfectly now, and they even took time to explain what went wrong and how they fixed it. "OMG! They're amazing and so neat! I had a smallish water leak from the water service line in the yard and the whole process took 20 hours from calling them to the repair being done! It was seamless; they were reasonable and the work was so professional. It never even looks like there was a leak in the yard. I'll be making some other small plumbing repairs around my house and I'm calling them to do it all! Superior service! A+"

"We have a home warranty, so we only have to pay the deductible for the home warranty and they cover the rest of the cost. The deductible is $50. But that is just for regular work, I guess we do have to pay them for the maintenance service. We trust them to do the work; they have been out here several times. They do a good job. Our overall experience with them is great."
