"The installations went very well. The salesman made sure I got the furnace and air conditioner that was right for my house. He did not try to oversell me. The installers were punctual, neat and explained everything to me. Norbloom plumbing did the water heater. One of the installers who did the wiring fixed a ceiling light fixture that wasn't working. Even though it was a simple fix, it saved me from having to hire an electrician! They cleaned up everything, went over everything I needed to know about the furnace, AC and water heater. The heating guys even gave me a nice insulated tumbler as a thank you gift. The experience was pleasant and went very smoothly."
