"We have been having challenges on one of our Freezer units. Jeff from MM provided a lot of useful information on the phone even prior to coming on site to help understand our options. The repair visit was scheduled promptly, followed up with a confirmation text prior to the visit and the technician arrived on time as planed. Wile our unit ultimately could not be repaired the diagnoses and recommendations as to how to proceed were done professionally and with the customer in mind. We have many compressors on our property will definitely use MM to service and maintain all of them going forward."
